Road America Wisconsin VTV Performance Bike Show

This weekend was the 3rd stop of the Mission King Of The Baggers race series at Road America. Located about an hour north of Milwaukee, The Screamin’ Eagle Team was on Home turf. Day one kicked off with out VTV Performance Motorcycle Show.

Riders from all over rolled up and showcased their builds yet again. Every stop of this tour is unique in its own way. Each city has a taste of its own flavor and its a blast to see how different regions effect different builds. It was great to see our friends from SBC Performance, House of Harley, Screamin’ Speed, and others at the same show. Our guy Tim even picked up his brand new Lowrider ST from House of Harley the day before and came up to show it off. As always, we were set up right next to the Harley-Davidson Demo area so Heavy foot traffic is an understatement. One of the best parts about our show is the ability to see products from our sponsors in person. Everyone hears the names, but having the ability to touch and feel the product as well as asking questions in person is key.

We even went one step further and had the Fuel Moto Dyno trailer out at the show. Jamie and the gang from Fuel Moto had a Dyno Shootout for charity where anyone could enter their bike, put it on the Dyno and see what horsepower numbers it really had!

Day 1 of the races kicked off earlier on in the day with the KOTB qualifiers and Challenge. The KOTB Challenge is a 2 lap sprint around the track with first place taking $5,000. Tyler O’Hara took first place for the challenge and ended it off with a super sketchy wheelie that you can check out on our Instagram. Unfortunately for Day two, our Speed & Style show was rained out but the races still proceeded. Travis Wyman from the Screamin’ Eagle factory team took first place for the first time this year in the full race. Seeing 600lb+ motorcycles racing in the rain was definitely a sight to see.

If you’re not sure if you should make it out to a show or not, we can tell you that you’re definitely missing out. These track days are filled with sick custom bikes and some real deal heated races. Don’t forget to check out the schedule for the next couple stops as well as all of the places VTV will be at in between!
