The good thing is that rebuilding H-D telescopic forks is an easy thing to do. The bad thing is using shitty tools to do it usually ends in misery. Thats why we suggest using a dedicated fork seal driver (instead of a piece of pipe or a big socket) like this one for Motion Pro. They come in 39mm, 41mm, and 49mm sizes and just think, they will not jack up your fork lowers or tubes like many other of the cheaper drivers.
