The Arlen Ness Method® Fork Legs feature a performance-based design with integrated features that help elevate the style and handling of FLT Touring models. See below the details of the Arlen Ness Method “No Flex” Fork Legs and the Fender notes needed for your upgrade.
- CNC machined from aircraft quality billet aluminum
- Integrated “No Flex” fork brace flows seamlessly with the lines of the fork legs, adding rigidity & stability to the front end for improved handling
- CNC machined fender mounts & brake caliper mounts
- Billet 12-point style axle nuts
- Dual disc, choose from factory (axial) or radial style caliper mounts
- Brake caliper mounts are designed for factory size 11.8″ diameter brake rotors, will accept up to 14″ oversized rotors
- Radial caliper mounts are 100mm bolt pattern, optional 108mm bolt pattern radial brackets are available separately
- Designed for 18″ to 19″ front wheels (21″ front wheels require custom fork brace spacers)
- Accepts both factory & aftermarket performance suspension internals
- Includes set of fork seals & billet dust seal covers
- Fitment: 2014-2022 FLT Touring models w/ 49mm fork tubes
Fender Notes:
– Accepts factory & aftermarket front fenders with 19” wheels
– 21” wheels require Arlen Ness® or other custom front fenders (fork brace spacers may be required for some fenders
– 18” fat front wheels will require Arlen Ness® front fender & will not accept factory fork boots
