The 2020 Indian FTR Carbon debuted internationally earlier this month and we want to know when we’ll see it for sale here in the states. A premium addition to the 2020 line up, the FTR Carbon features a high fiber diet of the carbon variety.
In addition to the carbon fiber bodywork, it also runs a low-mount black Akrapovič exhaust. Inspired by the flat track-dominating Indian FTR750, the bike clearly draws from its racing DNA.
The FTR Carbon comes fully-loaded with cruise control, dual disc Brembo ABS brakes, traction control, full LED lighting for better visibility, and a 4.3-inch LED touchscreen dashboard featuring a USB fast-charge port and Bluetooth compatibility for charging and controlling mobile devices.
Indian brought lots of carbon fiber to bear on the 2020 FTR Carbon, as you can see.
Balancing comfort, control, and agility, the FTR Carbon combines long travel (150mm) fully adjustable suspension with an upright riding position. As a result, riders experience predictable, precise cornering.
Three Ride Modes (Sport, Standard, Rain) provide tailored throttle responses and traction control intervention levels as well.
The 2020 FTR Carbon is compatible with the extensive range of 40+ accessories specifically developed for the FTR platform, also. Thus riders can customize their FTR with an almost endless combination of stylish and practical options. Find out more at Indian Motorcycle’s international site.
