We came to sunny San Diego and saw H-D’s new offerings for 2019 and beyond. The FXDR was the big bike launch of year and H-D also had some new component offerings from both H-D and Screamin’ Eagle. We even got a peek at the 2020 Live Wire, Street Fighter and PanAmerica bikes. All in all the future looks pretty damn bright for the Moco. We like the fact that they are keeping the air-cooled bikes in line with the H-D linage, and are taking the air-cooled bikes in a direction nearest to what the new crop of riders around the world truly want. Then adding the electric Live Wire into real-deal production, is just icing on the three-tiered cake of H-D’s business. From what we gathered the dealers at the show were frothing at the mouth to contend with other motorcycle companies with smaller and more affordable off and on road bikes as well as being the market leader in V-Twin motorcycles.
