Jesse Taylor of Taylor Made Custom Cycles

Jesse Taylor of Taylor Made Custom Cycles

Mr. Taylor lives a double life. By day he is part of the tech crew at Dream Rides of Tennessee, and at night and on his days off he does his own thing in a dimly lit garage under the Taylor Made Custom Cycles moniker. Jesse has lived a lot of life for his age. He is a Marine veteran who spent a lot of time in the sandbox. He has also traveled the globe, seeing many other places while protecting our freedom. And we think this is how he gained his eye for both substance and style. And it's doing him well.

Jesse has a love for all things FXR. And his style of building these motorcycles is part purist, part performance, and part rogue. As you can see with this 1984 Harley-Davidson FXRT project we did with him, there are just so many badass variables when it comes to his component choices and the overall look of the bike. Yes, the bike has its classic cues, like the original paint and spoiled H-D mags, but as you can see by the stance, rider ergonomics, and usage of the S&S Cycle V-111 crate motor, this motorcycle is meant to go, not show.

We have had a sneak peek at some upcoming builds from Mr. Taylor’s Knoxville, Tennessee garage, and we can tell you for a fact that you ain’t seen nothing yet.
