Shipping policy
When will my order ship?
Generally, if we get your order before about 2:00PM EST it will go out the next day. This is not 100% guaranteed. If you place your order anytime after 2:00PM EST on a Friday it will not ship until Monday. We do not ship over the weekend.
How soon will I receive it?
That depends on which shipping method you select during check out. We ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx. You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package has shipped. During the checkout process, there is a built-in shipping calculator that you can use to help decide which method to choose.
Do you ship to Military APO/FPO Addresses?
We do! Please note: we can only ship via United States Postal Service to these addresses.
What about orders outside of the USA and Canada
We can ship internationally upon a quote for shipping cost request. Email davce
Please keep in mind that there may be additional customs fees, duties or taxes based on your country’s regulations. It’s your responsibility to pay these additional fees. This isn’t something we have control over, and its your responsibility to know and understand your country’s policy on shipments coming from the USA. Any refused/abandoned packages will not be refunded or reimbursed.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a case by case return and exchange policy on every product we offer. If you have issues email our dedicated customer service person at Maggie.Holt@vtwinvisionary.com in advance to discuss your issue and obtain an RMA number.
International Customers:
Sorry to say, but we do not currently offer returns or exchanges on international orders, so be very sure you want the item before you order from us.
