Andrew Hines locked down the 2019 NHRA Mello Yello Pro Stock Championship but not without a little drama first. The Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines drag race jockey fouled in the first round of eliminations on Sunday at the Auto Club NHRA Finals at Auto Club Raceway in Pomona, Calif.
