In 2004 CDC opened its doors as Chassis Design Company and began to offer frames and parts directly to the customers and shops. from there CDC started supplying big and small names in the industry frames for many of the world’s most monumental builds. In 2017, the company was purchased by the current owner, Chris Leach, to evolve the brand from it’s roots. Chris used to work at Performance Machine, Xtreme Machine, Progressive Suspension, and Burly Brand where new product development was his thing.

Now Chris and his team are making some of the freshest line of hard parts as their first order of business. CDC is also suppling hundreds of shops custom ground-up frames and modifications to existing frames.
