In the midst of the V-twin Visionary Smoky Mountain Tour at Smoky Mountain Harley-Davidson, we held the VTV Build-Off and Bike Show.
Once everything was all set up, the show went into full effect, with the invited builders in attendance with their killer creations. The show saw bikes ranging from Milwaukee-Eights to Shovelheads, baggers to choppers.
PauPaul of Bare Knuckle Performancebrought this wild 2020 H-D Softail. Chris Moos of Mooscraft and his wild one-off Dyna. Colin of Pop’s Garage Fabrication and his moto-inspired Sportster. Boosted Brad’s amazing chopper. Lefevers Cycles wasn’t playing when they made this Twin Cam chopper. Brad of Blue Ribbon Cycles and his custom-built FXR. Tony Tucker of Tucker Speed and his killer reworked Road King. Dream Rides John and Softail.the Freebird Danny Wilson and his highly modified 2020 Road King. Tim Dixon of Gas Axe Chop Shop and his Shovelhead chopper. Johnathon Denton of Dirty Dixie Performance and his FXDXT, Softail edition, the FXXT. …and the overall winner was Hofmann Designs with their pro street digger bagger.
When the dust settled and judgment passed, Hofmann Designs took top honors at the VTV Build-Off and Bike Show. Their entry: a funky cross-breed of digger, bagger, and pro street DNA. All of the entries were great representations of custom motorcycles, though, and we were proud to have each and every one of the invited builders out showing off their terrific work. We’ll have a full recap of VTV Smoky Mountain Tour and our other shows on Monday.
