Each rubber sleeve is injection molded for consistent fit and features grooves for safety wire installation to help keep everything secure. A football-shaped cross section—fuller in the middle and slimmer at both ends—follows the natural contours of your open fist to reduce fatigue and improve grip comfort on longer rides.

For riders using aluminum-core grip systems, the forged and CNC lathe-turned 6061-T6 aluminum tube provides a strong foundation, while the rubber sleeve installs over a knurled surface for enhanced traction and a confident, non-slip feel. On throttle-by-wire applications, the internal gear interface is forged directly into the aluminum sleeve, helping ensure it won’t break or disengage from the TBW module’s gear interface.
