The S&S CYCLE Super Stock Big Bore Engine Case (Part Number: 31-0001) is engineered for high-performance Harley-Davidson Evolution Big Twin engines. Designed with a 3.625-inch bore, this big bore cylinder case accommodates strokes up to 5 inches and most stock-length connecting rods, making it suitable for a variety of custom and rebuild projects. The case is precision-machined to accept an oil filter assembly that mounts on the front, ensuring optimal oil filtration and flow. All races within the case are line-honed for smooth operation, and the breather cavity is precisely machined to improve breather timing, which maximizes oil scavenging and reduces crankcase pressure.

This kit includes essential components such as crankcase bolts, washers, nuts, cylinder mounting studs, a timing hole plug, magnetic drain plug, assorted breather and oil line fittings, oil pressure switch, oil screen, spring, and plug. The sprocket shaft features a Timken® bearing assembly and oil seal, while the pinion shaft has a main bearing race to ensure durability under demanding conditions.
