The THUNDERMAX 309-362 ThunderMax Engine Control Module Kit is designed for Touring, Trike and throttle-by-wire applications. The kit includes a ThunderMax ECM with Auto-Tune Module, plug-in harness, two wide-band oxygen sensors, TMax software, communication USB cable, Quick-Start Easy Install guide and Comprehensive User's Manual. The ECM mounts in place of the factory ECM and connects to the existing harness.

Using wide-band oxygen sensors and closed-loop control, the system continuously self-adjusts the motorcycle's air/fuel ratio for changing riding conditions. Hundreds of maps are available for download based on factors such as motorcycle model, engine size, exhaust system, air cleaner, pistons and cams. After loading the appropriate map, the integral Auto-Tune system handles ongoing adjustments without requiring dyno tuning.

TMax software supports live monitoring, recording and review of diagnostic codes and datalogs, including starts, engine temperature and RPM operation. The system provides adjustable front- and rear-cylinder air/fuel ratio maps, ignition timing maps and startup maps. Riders can also adjust idle speed, rev limit and speedometer calibration.

The ThunderMax system works with popular exhaust systems and is compatible with high-performance camshafts. It supports turbo, nitrous and supercharger applications while helping improve throttle response, exhaust sound and driveability. New maps, software and firmware updates, map analysis and technical support are available online at no charge. The product is made in the USA.
