Trask Tornado Stage 2 Turbo Kits

The TRASK Tornado Turbo Kit Stage 2 is engineered for compatible Gen 1 and Gen 2 M8 engines with 117-inch and larger configurations. With a properly built engine and suitable supporting components, this high-performance turbo system is capable of supporting approximately 170–200+ horsepower on pump gas. It combines a larger TRASK turbocharger with an upgraded larger-diameter tailpipe to improve airflow and support increased boost and performance potential.

The system features TRASK compressor and turbine housings with Garrett internals, plus a TRASK plenum with an integrated blow-off valve. The kit includes the major components required for installation, including larger fuel injectors, spark plugs, a boost gauge with mounting hardware, oil feed and drain lines, a custom cam cover, ThunderMax tune files, required hardware, and gaskets. Compatible Stage 1 Tornado Turbo customers can upgrade to Stage 2 by installing the larger turbocharger and matching larger tailpipe.

A ThunderMax ECM, sold separately, is required for proper engine management and tuning. This turbo kit does not fit Twin Cooled models or motorcycles equipped with fairing lowers that cannot be removed. It is intended for off-road use only and is recommended for experienced riders and qualified or professional installers. Proper engine preparation, installation, tuning, clearance verification, and supporting modifications are essential for reliable performance and safe operation.
