The Trask Tornado Turbo Kit Stage 2, part number TM-7610, is engineered for 117-inch and larger Gen 1 M8 engines seeking substantial boost and horsepower potential. With the proper engine build and pump gas, this performance turbo system is capable of supporting approximately 170–200+ horsepower. It combines a larger Trask turbocharger with upgraded compressor and turbine housings, Garrett internals, and a larger-diameter tailpipe to improve airflow and support the increased output of Stage 2 applications.
The kit includes a Trask plenum with an integrated blow-off valve and the components required for installation, including larger fuel injectors, spark plugs, a boost gauge with mount, oil feed and drain lines, a custom cam cover, ThunderMax tune files, hardware, and gaskets. Riders with a Stage 1 Tornado Turbo Kit can upgrade to Stage 2 by installing the larger turbocharger and matching larger tailpipe. A ThunderMax ECM, sold separately, is required for operation and tuning.
Designed for experienced riders, the Trask TM-7610 is intended for off-road use only. It does not fit Twin Cooled models or motorcycles equipped with fairing lowers that cannot be removed. Professional installation and proper calibration are recommended to help ensure reliable performance and compatibility with the engine configuration.
