The Trask Tornado Turbo Kit Stage 2, part number TM-7610-PO, is designed for 117-inch and larger M8 engines seeking substantial performance gains. With a properly prepared engine, this system is capable of supporting approximately 170–200+ horsepower on pump gas. The kit combines a larger Trask turbocharger with an upgraded, larger-diameter tailpipe to improve airflow and support higher boost levels. Stainless construction with polished aluminum components delivers a clean, performance-focused finish suited to custom motorcycle builds.
The system features a Trask compressor and turbine housing fitted with Garrett internals, along with a Trask plenum that includes an integrated blow-off valve. It includes the major components required for installation, including larger fuel injectors, spark plugs, a boost gauge with mounting hardware, oil feed and drain lines, a custom cam cover, ThunderMax tune files, and necessary hardware and gaskets. Stage 1 Tornado Turbo customers can upgrade to Stage 2 by installing the larger turbocharger and corresponding larger tailpipe.
This Trask turbo kit requires a ThunderMax ECM, sold separately, for proper engine management and tuning. It does not fit Twin Cooled models or motorcycles equipped with fairing lowers that cannot be removed. The TM-7610-PO is intended for off-road use only and is recommended for experienced riders and qualified installers. Proper engine preparation, installation, tuning, and supporting modifications are essential for reliable performance and safe operation.
