The Trask Tornado Turbo Stage 2 Kit, part number TM-7610-BK, is engineered for 117 cubic-inch and larger Gen 1 M8 engines seeking substantial performance gains. With a properly built engine and suitable supporting components, the system is capable of producing approximately 170–200 or more horsepower on pump gas. The kit features a larger Trask turbocharger matched with an upgraded, larger-diameter tailpipe to support increased airflow and boost performance.
The turbo system includes a Trask compressor and turbine housing with Garrett internals, plus a Trask plenum with an integrated blow-off valve. It is supplied with the major components required for installation, including larger fuel injectors, spark plugs, a boost gauge with mounting hardware, oil feed and drain lines, a custom cam cover, ThunderMax tune files, necessary hardware, and gaskets. Stage 1 Tornado Turbo customers can upgrade to Stage 2 by installing the larger turbocharger and corresponding tailpipe.
Installation requires a ThunderMax ECM, sold separately. This kit does not fit Twin Cooled models or motorcycles equipped with fairing lowers that cannot be removed. The Trask TM-7610-BK is intended for off-road use only and is recommended for experienced riders and professional installation.
