The Sturgis Motorcycle Rally was made even more famous this year by the COVID pandemic. Lots of folks stayed away but many of them also showed up to enjoy themselves nonetheless. For us, the Black Hills rally meant our inaugural Sturgis Smash, the VTV Performance Motorcycle Show, and good times throughout.
Sturgis Smash Year One
If you’ve been following along with us, you know we took off from Phoenix, Arizona for our first-ever Sturgis Smash run. It’s our group ride to South Dakota and the Buffalo Chip therein, which served as Ground Zero for us the whole time. We had sponsor giveaways and made cocktails every night, courtesy of Barenjager. All in all, it was a great way to start the rally.

And then we had our motorcycle show two days after we landed at the Buffalo Chip. We’ve had a lot of fun producing it and this was no exception. Held August 10th, entries were made that morning and our Grand Prize package was a set of Continental Tires and an Extended Rally Pass to the Chip, too. Not too shabby!
We’ll be back again next year, of course. Keep up with us on Facebook and Instagram for more info.
